I’ve worked as a marketing analyst and strategist for just a smidge under a decade now. My expertise is in audience engagement and retention; I lead consumer research and testing across web funnels, email, app, and paid channels and use insights to prioritize improvements to the site, pitch new products or features, and deliver creative campaigns. The goal is always to deepen a reader’s relationship with the publication, and encourage their regular use of its digital properties (email newsletters, mobile applications, and site features). I am also an authority on print circulation and fulfillment, rapid response and strategic communications, customer service, data privacy, and subscription compliance.
